You work directly with me — no account managers, no handovers. I coordinate every professional your incorporation requires (notary, tax adviser, banker, sworn translator) so you only ever talk to one person. I work in English, Spanish and Italian. After the first call, you receive a closed proposal tailored to your case before anything moves forward.

About me

A corporate lawyer who happens to think internationally.

I'm Pau Arco Frías, a corporate lawyer admitted to the Barcelona Bar (ICAB no. 48797). My practice is built around Spanish company law, with particular attention to the moment a business comes into being or changes hands.

I trained at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and, on an exchange, at Cornell Law School in New York. I've worked on Spanish corporate matters with cross-border depth ever since — clients abroad, capital crossing borders, contracts in more than one language.

I started this service because the people who most need a clear, honest path into Spanish company formation are the ones who can't easily navigate the system on their own. Spanish bureaucracy has its reasons for feeling intimidating; nobody should have to face it alone.
