Privacy policy
We process the personal data you submit through the contact form: your name, your email address and, if you provide it, the message you write. No personal data is collected automatically beyond the strictly necessary technical logs of the hosting provider.
We process your data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we can take on your matter and, where applicable, to formalise a professional engagement. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.
The processing is based on the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6.1.f GDPR) and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR), in particular professional and tax record-keeping duties.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if a professional engagement is entered into, for the duration of that engagement plus the legal limitation periods that apply to the legal profession in Spain.
Your data is not transferred to third parties, except where strictly necessary for the provision of our services (for example, secure email and hosting providers acting as data processors) or to comply with legal obligations. There are no international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to object, the right to restrict processing and the right to data portability. You may exercise any of these rights by writing to legal@pauarco.es with proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The transmission of any information over the internet always involves some residual risk that cannot be eliminated.
